In the summer of 2022, as we meandered through the picturesque streets of Scandinavia on our honeymoon, we stumbled upon a hidden gem in the charming town of Kalmar, Sweden. The town, with its cobblestone streets and historic architecture, was the serene backdrop for our adventure. One of the highlights was the awe-inspiring old water towers that stood as silent sentinels from a bygone era.
Along with the majestic towers, we discovered a quaint, unassuming building that seemed to whisper forgotten stories. It wasn’t much to look at, but to us, it sparkled with potential. As we wandered around, our imaginations began to dance with the idea of transforming that modest structure into a delightful tea house.
The more we thought about it, the more enchanted we became with the idea of creating a special space where people could experience the simple yet profound joy of afternoon tea. There was something magical about the ritual—the clinking of fine china, the delicate aroma of freshly brewed tea, the elegantly stacked tiers of sandwiches, scones, and pastries. It’s a tradition steeped in history and elegance, a respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Our Service
However, as much as we dreamed of opening our own tea house, reality set in, and we realized that establishing such a place was not feasible at that moment. But rather than letting go of our vision, we decided to bring the essence of afternoon tea to people wherever they were.
Thus, we set out to create a unique service that would deliver the warmth and charm of afternoon tea right to people's homes and venues of their choice. Our service is all about celebrating the art of tea time in its most personal and accessible form. We offer a curated selection of premium teas, accompanied by an array of delectable treats—each bite and sip designed to evoke the elegance and comfort of a traditional tea experience.
